The Chester County, PA site spanned 100 acres and was backed by PECO’s commitment to deliver a minimum of 450 MW of power. With zoning approval for two dedicated data center buildings totaling 1,000,000 sq. ft. each, and adjacent land available for expansion of up to 5,000,000 sq. ft. of data center buildings, the site offered a scalable build-to-suit opportunity. It also provided generous sales tax abatement and a strategically located option for positioning data operations for the future.
