Our Response COVID-19

As the impact of the spread of COVID-19 continues to unfold across the country, we want to assure you that our primary objective remains to keep our data centers up and running while ensuring the safety and security of our customers, employees and partners.

All facilities are operating with essential personnel only but we continue to provide all the services you are accustomed to receiving.  To keep our facilities safe, we are limiting customer access to essential installation and maintenance and have taken the following precautionary measures as recommended by the guidelines of the CDC and local health officials.

Sanitizing – Staff is wiping down high traffic areas 3+ times per day, specifically including all door handles and biometric hand scanners. Extra cleaning supplies are in stock to continue escalated cleaning protocol and we continue to restock cleansing wipes and hand sanitizer for use by all employees and visitors to our data centers.

Social Distancing – We have implemented procedures for all staff to maintain appropriate social distancing practices while on-site, as recommended by the CDC.  We have requested that all clients with permanent ID’s use them to avoid interaction at the Security Front Desk.  We have requested that our clients and their staff keep any non-essential visitors to a minimum.  On-site work by vendors are being limited and all are being asked to follow staff procedures.

Screening – We have requested all clients and their staff to refrain from visiting our facilities if they answer affirmative to the following screening criteria:

  • Have you tested positive for COVID-19?
  • Are you currently experiencing fever (101° or higher), body aches, sore throat, cough, shortness of breath, or other flu-like symptoms?
  • Have you been in direct contact with anyone who is suspected or confirmed to have COVID-19?
  • Have you traveled to any location currently under CDC travel advisory, local lockdown, curfew, or shelter in place restrictions?

Travel – In an effort to reduce the likelihood of exposure, we have restricted non-essential travel for our employees.

We continue to monitor the situation closely and reference official information sources for accurate and up-to-date information.  We will adjust our action plans as the situation unfolds.

We thank you for your trust in us to support your business and we will continue to do everything we can to continue to earn that trust. As always, our decisions will be guided by our focus on the safety and security of our customers, employees and partners.
